·         Designed and integrated a web-based customer portal based on Sun hardware and Netscapes’s iPlanet (J2EE) app server that integrated into billing, provisioning, and JD Edwards.   Project management was done with Iterative Waterfall methodology.

·         Access Computers provided contracting services to large corporate and government agencies building custom solutions that integrated personal computers with business functionality. 

·         Main customers were Pearl Harbor, Blue Cross / Blue Shield,  EF Hutton, GTE, and C&H Sugar, and Fidelity.

·         Access Communications developed a small telecommunications billing system called AccessAbility this was used for pre-paid phone cards and small local exchanges.

·         GTE contracted Access Communications to implement a solution for very small local phone companies on Pacific islands that had 25,000 or less inhabitants.  Implemented at a number over locations in the Pacific Basin such as Saipan, Tinian, Rota, and Yap.
